ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(II) IPC in Crime No.137 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have robbed of the de facto complainant Rs.825/- at knife point. Therefore, this case came to be filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been in incarceration for the past 42 days. Hence, he seeks to grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed this petition by submitting that the petitioner is an habitual offender and there are five previous cases pending against him. 5.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
