ORDER
The petitioner had filed this Writ Petition to give direction to the second respondent to give police protection for construction of a compound and roofing in the property in Survey No.119/1A2, Ward-2, Block 47, Nadu Theru, Jaari Kodalampatti Village, Sale District.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that on 07.11.2025, he had purchased the above property vide registered document No.4684 of 2024 and the petitioner is in enjoyment of the property without any encumbrance or disturbance and the petitioner is running a cycle and two wheeler stand in the said property. Since the compound wall and roofing is in a dilapidated condition, he decided to construct compound wall and roofing and he started construction in the month of November, 2025. While so, he received a phone call from the third respondent and he threatened the petitioner not to do any construction work, since the said property belonged to his family. In this
regard, he had given a complaint to the first respondent on 02.03.2026. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no such representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2026 is available before the second respondent and if the petitioner appear before the second respondent with supporting documents, his request shall be considered as per law.
4. In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent with all supporting documents and on such appearance the second respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner as per law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
