ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to impugned proceedings dated 09.08.2021 bearing No RC K8 / 14889 / 2021 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to raise the blocking of the Petitioner land reflected in the A register after due enquriy on merits within the time frame.

2. When the present petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner appeared through Video Conference and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through Video Conference, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach a competent civil forum. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
