Respondent/Plaintiff in both Second Appeals Prayer:- These Second Appeals filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the common judgment and decree in A.S.Nos.68 and 69 of 2007 respectively on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore dated 07.12.2011 confirming the common judgment and decree in O.S.Nos.597 of 1996 and 730 of 1998 respectively, on the file of the First Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, dated 20.11.2006.

For Appellant : Mr.D.Muthuselvam For Respondent : Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy C O M M O N J U D G M E N T The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted a letter dated 19.08.2015 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant stating that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties and seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeals and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the letter dated 19.08.2015, the Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
