ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the body of the minor daughter viz., G.Subulakshmi, aged about 16 years and to produce her before this Court, who is under the illegal custody of the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and upon production, she be ordered to be set at liberty in the manner that the minor be given in the petitioner/father's custody.

Today C.Venu (Mobile No.94981 54916), Special SubInspector of Police, Vridhachalam Police Station, Cuddalore District, is present before this Court.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's daughter Subulakshmi, aged about 16 years, was secured on 25.05.2021 and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Cuddalore and thereafter, Subulakshmi was handed over to her parents on the same day. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
