By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The deponent of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition viz. the Chairman of the petitioner-Trust, would state that the petitioner-Trust has started a college under the name and style of "Sri Akilandeswari Women's College" in the year 1995, and it is also affiliated to the University of Madras and subsequently, it moved to Vandavaasi. According to the deponent, the institution possessed with very good laboratories and facilities and is also providing quality education to the students studying in the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

institution. He would further state that the Trust decided to start Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Course in the name and style of Sri Akilandeswari College of Education at Sembur Village, Vandavasi Post, Tiruvannamalai District, and submitted an application dated 8.6.2015, in accordance with the National Council for Teachers Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014, by enclosing required documents as well as by paying the prescribed fee, for grant of permission to start the said Course for the Academic Year 20152016 and the second respondent vide proceedings dated 15.6.2015, has requested the Secretary, Higher Education Department, to furnish the recommendations of the State Government within a stipulated time of 45 days from the date of receipt of the letter of the first respondent and the College has also made a request to the first respondent to consider the application for issuance of No Objection Certificate and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Kannan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the second respondent.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 15.7.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
