2. When it was pointed out that the First Bench in the order, dated 03.11.2015, in W.P.No.27016 of 2015, observed that no such representations were given, the learned counsel has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
