This petition has been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending trial before the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in S.C.No.105 of 2019 in Crime No.28 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police. Case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner said to have murdered the deceased in prison. Heard both sides.

It is seen that the petitioner is a habitual offender and also the case is pending for trial and posted in the month of July. Further, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is possibility of tampering the witness.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed accordingly. The trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as early as possible.
