Challenging an order dated 01.03.2011 passed in I.A.No.2397 of 2011 in O.S.No.2538 of 2011, on the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Judge, Madras. The petitioner has come up with the present Civil Revision Petition.
2.While pendency of the above Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the suit was disposed of and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
