O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order dated 22.07.2014 whereby he was transferred from Head Office and posted as Project Manager, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigal. When the writ petition came up for admission on 29.01.2015, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation. Accordingly, noticed was issued to the respondent. 2.Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has undergone a bye-pass surgery and it would not be possible for him to work at a different place at this stage. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent and the same may be considered on sympathetic ground.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 11.11.2014, requesting the respondent to cancel the order of transfer. According to the petitioner, he has undergone a bye-pass surgery and requires constant medical attention. 4.The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits, by taking into account his health condition. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
