PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.NO.7945 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mallur Police Station (Law and order) Salem South Taluk, Salem District'' instead of ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7945 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that that the investigation is not yet completed and unless the petitioner appears before the respondent Police for investigation purpose, the respondent may not be able to complete the investigation on time.

3. This Court, considering the pandemic situation, ordered this miscellaneous petition to the extent that till the lock down period, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Mallur Police Station, Salem District and thereafter shall appear before the respondent Police and extend his maximum cooperation for investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, subject to above observation.
