(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's wife is in advance stage of pregnancy, as revealed in the medical report dated 19.06.2020, it is appropriate to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para-7(ii) of the order dated 18.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18879 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.906 of 2019. Accordingly, the order of this court dated 18.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18879 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.906 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Pollachi and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, on the first working day of every month, until further orders.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
