When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition since the petitioner has already filed a Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.8972 of 2021 for the same relief, which he sought for in this petition, and the said relief was also granted to him by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would accept the statement made by the petitioner's counsel.
