This petition has been filed to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.206 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Court at Thiruvallur and transfer the same to any Family Court at Chennai. http://www.judis.nic.in

2. Mr.K.R.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submits that both the parties are working in Chennai and there is no objection for transferring this case to the Family Court, Chennai.

3. Accordingly, the original petition in I.D.O.P.No.206 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Court at Thiruvallur is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The Principal Family Court, Chennai is directed to re-number the case and proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
