(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as "XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai" instead of "XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai" in the order dated 11.11.2020 in Crl. O.P. No. 17942 of 2020.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that while filing the anticipatory bail petition in Crl. O.P. No. 17942 of 2020, the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as "XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai" instead of "XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai" and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking for amendment.

3. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the document.

4. Accepting the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 2/4

5. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 11.11.2020 in Crl. O.P.
