ORDER

Writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 01.12.2018 given by the petitioner herein. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader, however, stated that orders had been passed in the said representation and it had been stated that the name of the petitioner has been recommended for empanellement by proceedings dated 27.02.2016 and was received by the office on 25.02.2016, whereas, the last date receipt for the proposals from other departments was 20.09.2015. Therefore, the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the empanellement for the year 2015 - 2016 was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be granted liberty to question this particular order. 4.

The petitioner has a vested right to question that particular order and even if, he ever questions the issue of delay put against him, it is made clear that since this particular writ petition was pending, the respondents should not put the issue of 2/4

delay against the petitioner herein. If the petitioner is desirous of questioning the said order, he should take necessary appropriate steps within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If he does so then the said application may be processed in the manner known to law by the respondents. 5.

Recording as above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
