ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' in Crl.M.P.No.2115 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.749 of 2021, dated 25.02.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 749 of 2021, dated 25.02.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police as and when required, until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
