During the course of arguments the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum in respect of election to be conducted to the respondent welfare association. He has also endorsed on the revision petition to that effect.

3. While granting the liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 28.4.2023 ms Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No To The VII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
