Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and grant permission to carry out the walk on either 30.03.2025 or 06.04.2025 from Chennai Kilpauk, Kuttiyappan 2nd Street,

through Medavakkam Tank Road, Konnur Main Road, Padi Overbridge, Thiruvallur Highway, Thendral Nagar, Thirumullaivoyil Road, leading towards the tomb of former state president of the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) of Mr.Armstrong.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief ; "Praying to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and grant permission to carry out the walk on either 30.03.2025 or 06.04.2025 from Chennai Kilpauk, Kuttiyappan 2nd Street, through Medavakkam Tank Road, Konnur Main Road, Padi Overbridge, Thiruvallur Highway, Thendral Nagar, Thirumullaivoyil Road, leading towards the tomb of former state president of the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) of Mr.Armstrong."

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the

representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
