PRAYER in W.P.No.11747 of 2022 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the petitioner's own property situated in Survey No.89/24, in an extent of 3003 sq.ft. at Kovilur (M), Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 05.03.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court. PRAYER in W.P.No.11748 of 2022 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner for the petitioner's own property situated in Survey No.67/1B (New Sub Division Survey No.67/1B1), in an extent of 2184 sq.ft. at Kovilur (M), Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in W.P.No.11747 of 2022 for his own property situated in Survey No.89/24, in an extent of 3003 sq.ft. at Kovilur (M), Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 05.03.2022 and also to direct the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner in W.P.No.11748 of 2022 for his own property situated in Survey No.67/1B (New Sub Division Survey No.67/1B1), in an extent of 2184 sq.ft. at Kovilur (M), Jamnamarathur Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the patta application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022.

2. Today, when these matters are listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.06.2022, the petitioners' representations for issuance of patta were considered and the same were rejected, vide proceedings dated 16.06.2022 in K:/K:/m 3/819/2022 and the same has been served to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in these present Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stands closed. No costs. However, petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
