For Petitioner : Mr.N.A.Nassir Hussain
ORDER
The suit is of the year 1993. An application has been filed by the third parties under Section 47 of C.P.C. in E.A.No.155 of 2014 in E.P.No.145 of 2013. This Court had already granted a direction to dispose of the application within a period of three months on 25.02.2020 in C.R.P.(PD)No.817 of 2020. It looks like the usual tactics of letting the application go for default and a restoration being filed is being followed here.
