ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2.Heard Mr.P.Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Sale Deed dated 14.11.2024. Online application has submitted on 21.01.2025 by paying the necessary

3/5 charges for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.01.2025 and conduct a survey in the subject property based on the title documents. If there are any rival claimants, such survey shall be conducted in their presence, in the absence of any pending civil proceedings. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
