ORDER

(Made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Taking into consideration the different syllabus adopted in different schools, the idea of the petitioner in filing this writ petition is to maintain uniformity of education throughout the State. The prayer made by the petitioner is too wide, but the main intention of the petitioner is to have uniformity of education throughout the State by improving the standards of Samacheer Kalvi Education syllabus better than Central Board of Secondary Education / NCERT school syllabus.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition without clear knowledge about the principles of Constitutional Law. Further, the prayer made by the petitioner cannot be implemented as understood by the petitioner.

3.The writ petition does not deserve any consideration and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs.
