O R D E R
By consent of both parties, the matter pending on the file of Family Court in F.C.O.P No.160/2016, Chengalpet and M.C No.22 of 2017 pending on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram
are withdrawn from respective Courts and transferred to Family Court, Madurai to be tried together.
2. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to renumber both the Petitions and refer the same to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai. The learned Counsel for respondent/husband generously accepts to bear to and fro expenses of his wife and child by car between Madurai and Ramanathapuram. If the parties amicably settle their disputes, the Family Court, Madurai can pass orders in accordance with the terms of settlement.
3. In the event, the matter is not settled before the Mediation, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of both the Petitions within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the report from the Mediation Centre.
4. With above observation, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
