A.No.3104 of 2022 A.No.3104 of 2022 in C.S.No.100 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed seeking to set aside the ex-parte order dated 12.04.2022 made in C.S.No.100 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that though he has made formal agreement, stating that he would pay the agreed amount but he resisted to pay the agreed sum of money. However, the counsel submitted that this application may be allowed and post this matter for trial. 3.Therefore, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court set aside the ex parte order and accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to take the written statement on record. Both parties are directed to file the draft issues. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that he has already filed the draft issues.

5.The respondent is directed to file the draft issues on or before 07.09.2022. 6.List this matter on 07.09.2022.
