This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Respondents to furnish the RDO Report along with statements and Postmortem Report in Cr.No.1747 of 2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, Mrs.P. Kritika Kamal, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1747 of 2017 is still pending.

3. In such view of the matter, the documents as sought for by the petitioner cannot be furnished, in the light of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Selvanathan @ Raghavan vs. State represented by Inspector of Police, reported in 1988 LW (Crl.) 503.
