ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506(II) of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.06 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was detained as "Goondas" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14, 1982 on 12.05.2021.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
