Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 31.07.2017 , made in W.P.No.13495 of 2013, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order dated 31.07.2017 has been complied with by the respondent, by passing an order, dated 09.10.2017, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceedings, in the manner known to law and it is not open to him to sustain the present contempt petition, in view the compliance reported by the respondent.
