The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 648 days in filing this Criminal Revision against in Crl.A.No.98 of 2019 passed by the Principal Session Judge, Tiruppur, confirming the conviction in C.C.No.461 of 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Triupur.

Mr.A.Gopinath learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
