(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Since the petitioning union and the workmen do not have any further grievance at the moment pertaining to the measures taken at the manufacturing facility of the second respondent, the matter appears to have run its course.

2. W.P.No.11948 of 2021 is disposed of without addressing the issue as to whether the automobile industry must be treated as a continuous process industry. W.M.P.No.12711 of 2021 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
