Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP For R1 to R5 Order This writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 4 to rectify the alleged erroneous patta entries in the properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had given a representation on 07.11.2025 to respondents 1 to 4 along with the supporting documents seeking for rectification of the entries in the respective pattas, which are now standing in the name of Mr.Visuvasam and Mr.Savarimuthu. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which include
Mr.Visuvasam and Mr.Savarimuthu, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025 seeking for rectification of the alleged erroneous patta entries in the properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the names of Mr.Visuvasam and Mr.Savarimuthu, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which include Mr.Visuvasam and Mr.Savarimuthu and thereafter, if the petitioner is found eligible for the issuance of separate patta in his name for the said properties, issue patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
