The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation is at nascent stage. The complainant got discharged from the hospital and the medical reports are yet to be collected and the Doctor who treated the victim has to be examined and his statement to be recorded. Based on the doctor's report and wound certificate charges will be altered if necessary. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
