ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 02.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P. No.7217 of 2011.

2. It is submitted that, as against the orders passed in W.P.No.7217 of 2011, an intra-court appeal in W.A.No.2125 of 2023 has been preferred.

3. While that be so, it would not be appropriate to parallely adjudicate the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal.
