O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the second and third respondents to cancel the fraudulent sale deed dated 08.02.2019 vide registered as Document No.1043 of 2019 before the third respondent and based on the representations dated 01.03.2019 and 25.03.2019 to the second and third respondents.

2. On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 77-A of the Registration Act before the second and third respondents herein. Now, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court struck down the provision under Section 77-A of the Registration Act as unconstitutional. As such, the relief sought for by the petitioner in

this writ petition cannot be granted.
