PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2300/Aa5/2016 dated 14.08.2016 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (History) in the place of 5th respondent, namely, A.Anitha.
