O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 29.07.2024, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 29.07.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
