Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023 and 27.03.2023 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of an exent of Acre 2.15 cents [Hectare] regular pathway route in Old S.No.22, bounded on East by Msivann's land, South by Chennanjappa's land, West by M.Veeranna's S.Veeranna's land and North by : G.P.Veeranna's Land situated at Igalur Village, Talavadi Taluk, Erode District within the registration district of Gopichettipalayam and Sub registration District of Talavadi, lying within 1/5

Talavadi Panchayat Union Limit, the petitioner derived the above said property through a registered settlement deed dated 01.11.2011, in Document No.1935/2011 registered at the office of SRO, Talavadi. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Logeswaren For Respondents : Mr.A.Selvendran Special Government Pleader

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to the direct the respondents to take action to dispose of the representation dated 30.10.2023 and 27.03.2023 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of an extent of Acre 2.15 cents [Hectare] regular pathway route in Old S.No.22 situated at Igalur Village, Talavadi Taluk, Erode District.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property by way of sale deed dated 01.11.2011 and he is possession and enjoyment of the property. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had given representations to the respondents on 30.10.2023 and 27.03.2024 for surveying his land by metes and bounds, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.10.2023 and 27.03.2024 to survey the land of the petitioner by metes and bounds and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
