PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose speedily the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2020 pending disposal on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the records.
2. This Petition is filed seeking a direction for disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2020 pending disposal on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet. According to the petitioner, H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2020 is filed for nullifying the marriage on the ground of non consummation of
marriage.
3. I.A.No.2 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner (Husband), seeking for referring the respondent / wife to Medical Board. It is submitted that on account of pendency of the petition, the enquiry in the main petition is not proceeded with.
4. Considering the nature of proceedings and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.158 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the aforementioned directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
