This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the Bail granted to the first respondent in the order dated 06.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.26032 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the matter has been settled amicably between the petitioner and the first respondent and seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
