This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with the 2nd respondent complaint dated 15.02.2016 in Crime No.96 of 2016 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent that his wife Parimala went missing, the 2nd respondent have registered a case in Crime No.96 of 2016 for woman missing and investigation is in progress. While so, Parimala is before this Court with the above prayer.
4. Parimala is directed to appear before the 1st respondentPolice, since investigation is in progress in order to find out her whereabouts. On her appearance and during enquiry, she shall not be harassed by the 1st respondent-Police.
