ORDER

The petitioner is working as a driver in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. He was subjected to transfers very frequently. Finally he was transferred to Pollachi Division. The family of the

petitioner is residing at Coimbatore. The petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent, on 10.06.2014, to recall the order of transfer and to post him somewhere nearby his residence. The present prayer is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the said representation on merits by taking a lenient view of the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 10.06.2014, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
