Tamil Nadu Pollution Control v. Murtaza

CMP.No.17786 of 2016 in CMA.No.253 of 2002 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., At request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to effect paper publication informing the date of hearing as 23.11.2016 in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Chennai Edition. The paper publication will have to be effected on or before 21.11.2016. In case, if the paper publication is not effected on the date specified above, this Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
