O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.235 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police before the trial Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in the year 2014 and investigation has not yet been completed.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost completed and if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.

5. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report in accordance with law, under intimation to the petitioner.
