Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/PR/32 to 36/2014 dated 24.11.2014 and to quash the same as being violative of the principles of natural justice and further direct the respondents to furnish to the petitioner all the documents, reports and statements relied on by the respondent to prove the charges against the petitioner. ORDER

The petitioner is now facing a disciplinary proceedings initiated by the second respondent. The petitioner has come up with the writ petition challenging the proceedings, dated 24.11.2014, primarily on the ground that he has not been given copies of the documents relied on by the said authority.

2. The second respondent filed a counter affidavit indicating that the petitioner has already been provided with all the documents referred to in the proceedings in question. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent in paragraph No.4 of the counter affidavit stated the details of the documents provided to the petitioner. In view of the subsequent events relating to providing documents by the respondents, the petitioner should face the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner would face the enquiry proceedings in view of furnishing documents.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
