This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that for the same complaint, investigation was conducted and the same was closed in Crime No.5 of 2013 for offences under Sections 498(A) & 506(i) I.P.C and a closure report was filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore.
