This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2015 and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecution that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.846 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(ii) I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
