It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant, namely, Nachimuthu Gounder died on 11.02.2013. No steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant so far. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
