The petitioner in the writ petition in W.P.No.34884 of 2014 wanted this Court to consider his representation in the light of G.O.Ms.No.152, Handloom, Handicraft, Textiles and Kadhar (F1) Department, dated 12.07.2012. However, the date of the Government Order was wrongly recorded in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as 12.07.2014.

2. This Court recorded the date of G.O.Ms.No.152 Handloom, Handicraft, Textiles and Kadhar (F1) Department as 12.07.2014 instead of 12.07.2012. The present application is to correct the said mistake.

3. In Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 10.02.2015, the date of G.O.Ms.No.152 Handloom, Handicraft, Textiles and Kadhar (F1) Department would now read as 12.07.2012.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
