This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the original certified copy of the judgment and order dated 23.02.2018 passed in S.C.No.50 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur. 2.

On 15.09.2022, this Court passed the following order: "The Registry is directed to verify and put up a note as to whether the petitioner herein has filed another appeal through some other counsel challenging his conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 23.02.2018 passed in S.C.No.50 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur, before this Court on 22.09.2022. 2.

The Registry is also directed to verify and put up a note as to whether the co-accused in this case viz., Parthiban (A2) and Sudhakar (A3) have filed any appeal challenging their conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 23.02.2018 passed in S.C.No.50 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur, before this Court on 22.09.2022.

Post the matter on 22.09.2022."

Pursuant to the above order, the Registry has put up a note dated 20.09.2022, wherein, it has been stated as follows: "On verification, it is respectfully submitted that the appellant in the above said case has not preferred any appeal before this Hon'ble Court challenging the conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 23.02.2018 passed in S.C.No.50 of 2014 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvallur.
