CR.NO.2 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant an extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.7714 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.9656 of 2017, dated 14.09.2017 for deposit of Rs.1,13,010/- and executing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Villupuram, Villupuram District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P.No.9656 of 2017 dated 25.05.2017 and subsequently, time was extended in Crl.MP.No.7714/2017 dated 29.08.2017 for production of receipt till 07.09.2017. Thereafter, by order dated 14.09.2017, it was modified on the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,13,010/-

2. Now the petition has been filed to extend further time to execute the bond in pursuant to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7714 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already repaid a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-.

4. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

5. Hence, time is extended to comply with the order dated 14.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.7714 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.9656 of 2017 for a further period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
